Booking
If you have booked across two consecutive time slots, please arrive for the earliest of your time slots and let us know on the door. We will let your group in together. You may print your tickets if you wish, but a digital download on your smartphone will be sufficient for entry.

PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR TIME SLOT. YOUR TICKET ADMITS YOU FOR UP TO 30 MINUTES. Please do not exceed your time limit as this affects our admissions system.
WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ADMIT LATECOMERS BECAUSE WE HAVE STRICT LIMITS ON CAPACITY FOR SAFETY REASONS. EXCEPTIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT
Wheelchair users disability and carers
Colourscape is wheelchair accessible and staff will assist on entry. Wheelchairs with parts that are very low to the ground may risk structural damage and this is particularly the case with electric wheelchairs. It is advisable to check suitability of wheelchairs by calling 07976 618568 (Mon – Sun 8am-8pm) before booking. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Colourscape is an air-supported structure and is vulnerable in high winds. In the event of forced closure due to weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to contact you by email at the earliest opportunity and ticket refund will be automatic. In the event of cancellation, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience incurred, other than the value of tickets already purchased.
We recommend that you check before travelling, especially if adverse weather is forecast. Our Facebook and Twitter accounts will be updated with any change in circumstances, at the earliest opportunity.
